This project was an 8,267 SF addition and remodel of the main entrance and customer service area at Flathead Electric Cooperative in Kalispell, MT. The public area of the site was reworked to increase parking, fix a dangerous pedestrian issue where members were walking across the drive through bill-pay area to enter the facility, as well as improve facility security with a secure public lobby area. The work employed a ground source heat pump system with energy recovery ventilation, lighting controls, and an educational solar PV array for members. This work was completed under the budget established during the discovery/conceptual phase.
