This project was a 10,000 SF addition and remodel to an existing skilled nursing facility in Kalispell and included a master plan for the addition of another pod. Brendan House includes 4 private and 8 semi-private rooms as well as an activities/dining area, nursing support areas and a large naturally lit common area. A central plant boiler and cooling tower arrangement with heat pumps was employed for heating and cooling with a large energy recovery ventilator providing fresh air. These systems were sized to accommodate the future addition. Long term and overall finishes were requested and provided.
