This condominium community in Lakeside, Montana required master planning and infrastructure development. Jackola was the Architect of Record and Engineer of Record for the new residences which include bench units, condominiums, duplexes and fourplexes. The interior design and renovation of the clubhouse was performed as well. Jackola provided interior design services, and renovation of the clubhouse, as well as design and construction administration for subdivision roads, sewer collection, lift station, storm water and water system improvements.
