This project was a build out of an existing 29,000 SF office in Hillsboro Oregon, constructed to Nike design standards. HVAC design included heating and cooling for photo bays, general office space, conference rooms and break rooms for Nike?s brand marketing department. Heating and cooling were provided from existing rooftop units. Ductwork was exposed at the ceiling and re-configured to enhance the visual appearance of the space, while avoiding existing structure and new architectural elements.
