Jackola was retained to complete the subdivision plans on this 60 acre, 288 lot multi-phase development. Design plans were completed and approved for phases 1 & 2 totalling 84 lots. In addition Jackola worked with the home installer to provide lot specific grading on phases 1 & 2 of the subdivision. The steep topography in the NW corner of the site required careful coordination with the building floor levels and ultimately lead to a further contract where Jackola supplied a design for retaining wall between several of the lots.
