Jackola provided mechanical design services for a medical office build out of an existing 8,000 SF core and shell office building located in Tigard, Oregon.  The medical office included exam rooms, offices, break rooms and nurse stations.  Plumbing design included cold water, hot water, waste/vent and storm drainage connected to existing utilities.  HVAC design incorporated the existing core and shell rooftop package units to provide heating and cooling for the new spaces.
