As a result of numerous facility assessments, and prioritization goals Community Counseling and Correctional Services determined that the Morier Building was the building most in need of improvements. This historic building includes a basement and (2) levels, encompassing approximately 15,000 SF. It includes a computer laboratory, laundry facility, and resident dormitory style rooms on the upper level. The improvements included a HVAC system and domestic hot water system retrofit. Multiple hybrid heat pump units were designed and installed as well as a heat recovery ventilation system.  Jackola also provided testing, adjusting, and balancing services for the new HVAC system in this project.
