Jackola collaborated with a local mechanical contractor to provide ventilation air for five existing air handlers serving approximately 57,000 SF of office space on the ground floor level of an 8 story building.  The GSA wished to move the existing fresh air intakes where they would be less exposed to tampering and inaccessible to the public.  The solution included new outdoor air supply fans with intakes, utilizing an existing garage exhaust shaft to the roof.  Design included ventilation calculations, fan and ductwork sizing, as well as control modifications to incorporate the new supply fans.
