Jackola performed the plumbing design for this design/build renovation of two existing office buildings of approximately 105,000 SF.  Design included upgrading restrooms and break rooms to meet Nike design and building standards.  Existing water heaters were replaced with 93% efficient tankless gas-fired water heaters.
