This award winning project in the heart of Kalispell was completed in 2012. This historic building which contained various tenant spaces and an upstairs hall was extensively renovated. New tenant spaces were created upstairs with ADA code compliant access including the addition of an elevator. An existing addition which was in poor condition was removed and a new more functional addtion with new accesses created. The remodeled facility included Brannigan's Pub as well as other retail tenants on the main floor and professional offices on the upper level.
