Completed the design engineering for the civil, foundations and mechanical, electrical and plumbing for two 3,000 SF owner furnished greenhouses. 
The initial greenhouse was completed in 2014 with a second one completed in 2018.  A topographical and utility location survey was complete to act as a basis for the site design, the initial location of the greenhouse was revised based on the survey to avoid some underground utilities.  The design of the foundation and the utilities for the buildings were completed.  The tie-in to the exiting potable water line was completed and this was coordinated with the local health department.  Gas was provided to the greenhouse and this was extended to an existing greenhouse.  The electrical design for the initial greenhouse was completed and this included tying into an existing transformer, power and lighting design.  The owner added a backup generator to the system before the construction of the second greenhouse.  The electrical design of the second greenhouse included tying to the generator and verification of the existing supply to see if it needed to be upgraded to meet the additional load.
