Glacier Bank commissioned Jackola to design a complete rework of an existing space to accommodate their operations and training needs.  This 13,500 SF space required a layout to house the 50 or so employees that staff the call center, two state of the art training rooms connected to their national network for both onsite and remote training needs, an executive meeting space for the corporate meetings and all supporting and ancillary spaces.  The interior design took advantage of exterior locations for work spaces that allowed natural light in, but controlled noise between work groups.  Special care was taken to encourage interaction among the groups with huddle spaces and supervisory offices close by.  The training facilities were designed with flexibility in mind ? both in terms of special configurations and technology.  New restroom and kitchen/break areas were added to support the permanent staff and isolate the transient training staff from the operations.  Jackola performed the architecture, interior design, structural and MEP engineering on the project.
