This project involved remodeling an existing building and site to provide a combined pediatric dental office with an orthodontics office.

The interior layout for this 2954 SF design was coordinated with a dental consultant while maintaining codes for specialty items such as gas storage, ADA clearances, workflow, and gas piping.  The building was resided with a fiber cement panel and linear CMU aesthetic.  The roof was replaced with asphalt shingles to minimize snow concerns due to the high snow fall.  The program included waiting area, 6 ortho bays, two of which were treatment rooms with nitrous and oxygen, sterilization room, treatment coordinating, lab, mechanical, restrooms, and lounge.  The treatment rooms were designed with special attention to acoustics.  New mechanical and electrical systems were also provided as part of the design.
