This 3400 SF oral surgery facility contains 4 operatories, and 2 recovery rooms in addition to sterile room, gas storage, lab, and x-ray support spaces.  Additional spaces include lobby, reception, break room, mechanical room, office, and restrooms.  Each operatory contains an operatory chair, a rolling tool cart, and cabinetry supporting anesthesia equipment and computer station that runs a computer screen on the wall for patients.  The exterior is balanced with stone base, fiber cement siding, timbers, and asphalt roofing.  Storefront windows with tint were utilized for privacy.  Jackola also assisted in splitting the property to allow for an additional building/lot to be built adjacent to it.
