Jackola provided MEP design and construction administration services for a new 9600 SF optical center in Kalispell, MT.  The building includes various types of spaces such as vision testing and exam rooms, fitting lounge, merchandise space, offices, and supporting areas.  The HVAC system includes roof top units to provide the necessary conditioning of several zones in the facility.  There is also an exterior sidewalk and entry vestibule, fully automated hydronic snow melt system installed using DDC controls and a high efficiency natural gas boiler.  The plumbing system includes several clinical grade fixtures in the exam rooms and commercial grade type in the restrooms and other supporting spaces.  The lighting control system is designed for several types of zones throughout the facility.
