Full Time Bookkeeper

Full Time Regular 40 hours weekly
Kalispell, Montana
 
Role:  

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable daily posting & maintenance
• Depositing and recording deposits
• Monthly reconciliations of all bank, credit card and vendor accounts
• Monthly billing & collection
• Process semimonthly payroll for employees
• Quarterly and year-end payroll reporting
• Employee monthly benefit reporting
• Maintain COI records for subcontractors
• Work with HR and CFO on new hires and yearly benefits
• Run & review financial reports with CFO
• Review year-end reports and communicate with CFO & CPA for tax filings
• Process year-end documents

 
Requirements:  

• Candidate must be bondable 
• Excellent computer, oral and written communication skills 
• Must have 5 years of Full Time Bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Associate degree preferred
• Candidate may lack degree but have the skill and experience required
