Administrative AssistantFull Time Regular 40+ hours weekly
Jackola Engineering & Architecture is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to fill the role of full time administrative assistant. Applicant will be required to positively interact with clients and venders on the phone and in person in a friendly and professional manner. Managing multiple tasks is essential. Job duties include answering the phone, purchasing tasks, assisting clients and working with our design professionals on clerical and marketing tasks. Applicant needs to be proficient with Microsoft Office 2013 or newer, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe InDesign would be helpful but is not required. Applicant should be familiar with operating professional office copiers and wide format plotters and similar equipment.
