Jackola completed the design for an 80 room Red Lion Hotel in Polson, Montana. The property features mini suites as well as family suites, a full pool and spa area with exercise room, breakfast area with ancillary spaces, and a convention center area. The 6,200 SF convention area features over 3,000 SF of flexible meeting space and the necessary supporting space required. Having performed overall site land planning for the commercial development at this location, the hotel is ideally positioned to take advantage of wonderful lake and mountain views while minimizing the highway sound impacts and connecting to adjacent commercial uses. Jackola performed site and building design services including the survey, civil, landscape, architectural, and structural. The MEP systems were design/build by the owner at their request.
