The Town of Eureka, having won a federal EDA grant for a wood products incubator building, selected Jackola to master plan and perform full A/E services for this unique building. Designed to accommodate the local economic development organization, it also has 4 warehouse or manufacturing spaces connected to their own offices with shared common amenities to encourage or incubate wood product businesses in the area. This was a true public/provate partnership with Lincoln County providing matching funds and in-kind labor donations for this successful project.
