Due to the limited size of the previous lobby area, some patrons frequently had to stand outside while awaiting the start of a performance and during intermissions. Jackola?s task was to significantly increase the size of the lobby with an improved and enlarged concession area along with renovation of the building fa?ade. To reduce ambient noise within the theater, and to improve on-stage air flow, an extensive upgrade of the mechanical system was also implemented.
