525 Railway is a 17, 500 SF mixed use retail and office space on a prominent corner in Whitefish. Designed in the architectural vernacular of the downtown area, this project was the first building in Whitefish to pass the newly formed Architectural Review Board. The floor plan layout and mechanical and electrical systems are designed to allow maximum tenant flexibility, providing for great diversity in the type of tenant that can be accommodated. The design allows up to 12 separately metered retail or office spaces to occupy the building.
