This 14,274 SF masonry and steel structure in Kalispell houses Flathead Electric Cooperative offices and employee support areas as well as a welding bay, wash bay, and pull through service bays with overhead bridge cranes. The facility features two overhead bridge cranes and an innovative vehicle exhaust disposal system. The interior environment is controlled by an energy recovery ventilator along with energy saving ground source heat pump and in-floor radiant heating. Also notable is a supplemental heating system that is fueled by the vehicular waste oil. Complete compressed air and oil delivery piping was also included.
