As one of five commercial buildings in a planned development by Jackola, the Plaza is the retail center. Jackola performed surveying, land planning, civil engineering, landscape design, architecture, structural engineering and MEP engineering for this project. This 13,000 square foot wood framed building was master planned for up to 7 tenants to support this commercial development. The building featured complementary architecture to the rest of the development with high ceilings, individual tenant metering, and a ground source heat pump system with individualized control offered for each tenant. Jackola also performed design services for several of the space tenant improvements including a financial institution and dental facility.
