Jackola performed all architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering services for this tenant build out within a retail core and shell, a project also designed by Jackola. This features 1800 SF of coffee shop space including associated seating and support areas. Brand standards for design including interior finishes, fixtures, furniture and signage that were adhered to for consistency for City Brew. Each of these facilities also featured a drive- thru and required coordination during design of the required equipment packages.
