Jackola was asked by this statewide athletic retailer to design their building to maximize this high exposure site. As a result, two additional retail spaces for lease were included in the overall design of this 10,700 SF facility. Jackola performed all survey, land planning, civil engineering, landscape design, architecture, interior design, structural engineering and MEP engineering for this project. The wood framed space featured an art deco flair, exposed structure and individually metered spaces to allow NNN leases for the owner.
