Jackola performed civil engineering, landscape design, architecture, interiors, structural and MEP engineering for this 7,000 SF small town prototype facility on behalf of an owner leasing to the Postal Service. This building featured wood frame construction, low maintenance brick exterior with metal roofs and concrete paved parking areas with a recessed loading dock. The facility has 24 hour access to the box rental area with full security from the rear work room.  The design was required to meet USPS standards.
