Jackola provided architectural, structural and mechanical design on this project that was originally intended to serve as apartments but was converted to condominiums by the client during the construction phase of the first building. The completed project includes two 2-story buildings each consisting of four 3-bedroom condominium units with 2 1/2 baths, patio, and a single car garage.
