This 4,600 SF conventionally framed building was designed to serve as the hub for four future 5,000 SF additions designated for student services, student union, cafeteria, and development office. The plan for the bookstore/hub included a 2,280 SF bookstore, a 600 SF temporary student union space, and ancillary spaces such as mechanical room, restrooms, lobby, etc. Since completion of the original building, the additions housing student services and the development office have been completed increasing the area of the complex to 14,600 SF.
