Jackola performed HVAC design for a 56,000 SF tenant build out of an existing building. Design included reconfiguring the existing VAV air handling system to provide heating and cooling to new offices, conference rooms and common areas. Jackola was required to re-use as much of the existing HVAC equipment as possible. Existing VAV terminal units with electric re-heat were relocated to serve the new spaces and airflows were calculated to match the existing system performance. New HVAC systems for Yakima?s prototype fabrication shop included a welding exhaust system, nitrogen tank storage ventilation system and exhaust for a 10 ft x 12 ft paint booth.
