This nine story historic hotel in the heart of downtown Portland houses four floors of office space and five floors of residential apartment units.Jackola provided plumbing design for renovation of the building apartment units. Design included a new domestic water booster pump, replacement of the supply water piping and upgrading the waste/vent system for the building?s residential occupancy. As part of the renovation, Jackola also designed a domestic hot water system using steam from the existing boiler to convert hot water for domestic use.
