Jackola performed all aspects of this project which included the subdivision approval, construction staking, design, construction administration, and project closeout on this 30 acre development consisting of 124 residential lots.  This project was done in four phases and included streets, curbs, gutters, onsite storm drainage collection and retention, sanitary sewer with lift stations, water with fire hydrants, and street lighting.
