Originally housed in the Work Force Training Center, that portion of the facility designated for carpentry instruction classes was overtaken by other interests which necessitated construction of this project. The 3,600 SF prefabricated metal building included interior improvements consisting of an office, classroom instructional space, mezzanine and main floor storage areas, restrooms, and a 2,760 SF shop space containing numerous woodworking devices. The shop space included point-of-use drop-down compressed air and electrical power delivery systems.
