Our client created a novel and successful idea of providing car condominiums for purchase at several airports including Glacier International Airport in Kalispell Montana, Missoula International Airport in Missoula Montana, Great Falls International Airport in Great Falls Montana, Bert Mooney Airport in Butte Montana, Friedman Memorial Airport in Sun Valley Idaho and Denver International Airport in Denver Colorado. Additional locations are being planned.

The car condominiums in Kalispell were completed in multiple phases and include 11 buildings containing 259 units with plans for additional buildings.

Jackola provided surveying and engineering services for the planning, design and approval of the condominium units.  Surveying included a pre-engineering site survey, construction staking for the layout of the units and preparing a Certificate of Survey for lease areas located on the airport properties.

Engineering services included storm water design for approval by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and building design for permitting by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry Building Codes Bureau.
