This was a new 6 acre medical facility for Kalispell Regional Healthcare to complement their existing presence in Polson. This comprehensive site design project included conceptual site planning with the client to adequately address their project needs. In addition to the early planning stage, the project went through the Special Use Permit process with the City of Polson as required by the zoning throughout the Ridgewater Development. We worked with the City, our Client, and the Developers throughout this process to address each of the SUP requirements and ultimately project approval. The site design included water, sewer, and stormwater designs, as well as site grading, retaining wall design, coordination with the architect and building disciplines, landscape design, and coordination with the geotechnical engineer for infiltration, pavement section, and removal of unsuitable soils based on the site?s previous use as a mill. A site survey was completed to carry out the design and construction staking services are being provided; which further expands our familiarity with the development.
