Jackola provided architectural and engineering services for this historic 30,000 SF, 3-story mixed-use building remodel. The design consisted of an exterior enhancement as well as an intensive interior remodel. Restrooms were updated to ADA standards and circulation paths including stairs were reconstructed to provide clear safe exiting. This building contains over 10 different tenant spaces and included restaurant, bar, retail and offices spaces. It involved many phases and required coordination with the different tenants? schedules and requirements. Notably, building rentable square footage increased by vastly improving circulation efficiency and making use of previously unrecognized space. Both interior and exterior design worked to bring back ?The Salish? as a prominent Polson landmark.
