This tenant improvement project included the demolition of the previous tenant components and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing design.  The design included a new kitchen and seating layout, kitchen equipment plans, interior finishes and minor exterior modifications for paint colors and signage.  Engineering design included a new mechanical system, plumbing for revised bathrooms, and lighting and power design for equipment and space.
