Jackola provided site design services to this 16 lot subdivision near New Town, ND.  Originally contracted to provide site layout and grading plans, Jackola were then asked to add sewer water and storm design to the package.  Jackola spent considerable effort working with the developer to ensure that the roads and utilities were coordinated with the required building plans.  Special attention was paid to grading the lots to avoid damage to the buildings from storm water.  Jackola updated the wastewater treatment plant approval received on a previous phase of this development to include the 16 lots and their apartments.
