Jackola provided HVAC design services for approximately 16,000 SF of new tenant space in an existing medical office building.  New spaces included offices, conference rooms, and exam rooms.  Heating, cooling and ventilation were designed per Providence standards using an existing variable air volume system which utilized rooftop air handlers with zone temperature control via terminal units with electric re-heat.
