Jackola provided HVAC design services for over 20,000 SF of new tenant space in an existing ?shell? medical office building.  Tenants included a Primary Care unit, Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education and Physical Rehabilitation.  Jackola worked closely with the design build contractor to determine specific requirements for a variety of spaces including offices, conference and lecture rooms, exam and treatment rooms, restrooms and a large gymnasium.  Heating, cooling and ventilation were designed per Providence design standards using a variable air volume system which utilized rooftop air handlers with zone temperature control via terminal units with electric re-heat.
