Spin Laundry was constructed in an existing 5,700 square foot building which had most recently been used as an auto repair shop. The reconfigured laundry space consists of a self-serve clothes washing/drying area with coffee bar, lounge and employee office/work areas. Jackola performed HVAC design services for the unique Spin Laundry Lounge.
