A new development is taking place in Everett, Washington which includes these two, 4-story apartment buildings. Plumbing design services were provided by Jackola for the two buildings which are slab on grade with apartments, private garages, bike storage and amenity spaces on the first floor. Jackola was also contracted to provide coordination with HUD and construction administration services.
