The Bonney Lake project currently consists of one building with approximately 8,475 total SF to be used as future commercial/retail tenant space. The buildings are designed as core and shell retail to include HVAC and Plumbing infrastructure for future tenant build-outs. There were two known tenants (Habit Burger and MOD Pizza) who had specific requirements to be provided under this scope of work. Plumbing design includes restrooms, roof drainage, grease waste and future water tie-ins. HVAC systems design includes gas-fired rooftop units with ducts stubbed through the roof for future connection as well as restroom exhaust and necessary provisions for future ventilation systems.
