The Lyra Apartment Design | Build project is a 4 story, 39 unit Apartment building. The ground floor consists of 3 retail spaces and parking, with 3 levels of apartments above. Jackola used a provided set of CAD drawings to produce a construction set of plumbing plans. To do so we performed plumbing load calculations, reviewed code requirements, and provided floor plan layouts showing domestic hot water, cold water, waste and vent, and plumbing fixture unit calculations. The plans also show details, riser diagrams, and isometric drawings that are typical to each unit.
