The design for Trademark included 10,000 SF of office space merged with 10,000 SF of industrial shop space for a plumbing contractor. Design was kept simple with this two-story office building and planning focused on future growth of the company. Costs were minimized by using several combined structural components to maximize construction efficiency. Goals for the client were durability, ease of construction and planning for future growth.
