Jackola provided full planning and design services for this 120 unit multi-family project in Kalispell, Montana, beginning with the first phase of 48 units. This project reclaimed an old parking lot on the west side of Kalispell and re-developed the area into a much needed multi-family project. Jackola assisted from the beginning with a project survey, master plan for 120 units and obtaining the necessary Conditional Use Permit to allow apartments on the site. Jackola then designed phase 1 of the development consisting of 48 units in two buildings. Services included full architecture and interior design as well as structural and MEP design for the buildings. Additionally, surveying and platting work for necessary boundary adjustments and full civil and landscape design were also completed for this $6m development.
