Project Overview
Jackola provided architectural and structural engineering services for Phase 1 of the Brisa Heights Apartments, a multifamily residential development in Pasco, Washington. The project included a mix of apartment buildings along with a clubhouse and leasing center, gazebo, maintenance building, and supporting site structures.
Building on an initial discovery and conceptual design phase, Jackola developed the project through schematic design, construction documents, and permitting. The design incorporated wood-frame construction and coordinated building layouts, exterior design, interior finishes, structural systems, site elements, utilities, and building systems to create a cohesive residential community.
