Project Overview
Jackola provided full in-house design services for this 144-unit multifamily community in La Center, Washington, including site planning, architecture, landscape architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, along with interior finish selections. The development consists of three, three-story apartment buildings surrounding a centrally located clubhouse and outdoor pool, creating a welcoming community environment for residents
Designed with careful attention to its surroundings, the project complements the character of La Center while delivering modern amenities and high-density housing.
