Project Overview
Jackola partnered with Flathead Electric Cooperative to develop a long-term master facility plan that prioritized and sequenced capital improvements while allowing operations to continue throughout construction. The plan became the foundation for more than $12 million in phased improvements encompassing over 100,000 square feet of existing, renovated, and new space.
Key projects included an 8,267-square-foot customer service expansion and remodel, a 14,468-square-foot vehicle maintenance facility, expansion of the line truck bays from 11 to 22 vehicles, and improvements to dispatch, crew, warehouse, member service, and community spaces. Jackola has continued working with Flathead Electric to implement projects identified through the master planning process across its Northwest Montana facilities.
