Maddox Industrial Transformer expanded its Battle Ground, Washington facility with an approximately 6,000-square-foot, two-story addition designed to support the company’s growing operations. The expansion added office and conference spaces, collaborative work areas, employee amenities, and a new visitor entry while connecting seamlessly with the existing facility.

Jackola provided integrated architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, along with permitting, finish selections, and construction administration. The design evolved to incorporate open office areas, expanded conference and lounge spaces, exposed ceilings with wood-look ceiling clouds, updated exterior materials, and coordinated interior finishes. Site improvements included modifications to parking, sewer, stormwater, landscaping, and utility infrastructure to accommodate the expanded facility.
