Located in downtown Columbia Falls, Nucleus Avenue Apartments is a vibrant mixed-use development that brings together modern housing, local businesses, dining, and entertainment in one walkable destination. The two phase project includes 48 apartment units above street level commercial spaces, creating an active environment for residents and visitors alike.
